Hector Frazier was in a similar mould to his father, but would often (or almost always) lay on the ropes just bobbing about and looking to potshot (this is what I gathered from the fight with Eubanks).

if he backed off to the ropes then how was he in the mould of smokin joe? smokin joe always tried smokin you! he swarmed you, he didn't back off the to the ropes or look for counters, he swarmed your ass over.
