Spence very easily
Hatton was a 140 fighter who to be honest if he'd lived an athletes lifestyle may even have spent some of his career at 135.
He was too small for his style to be effective past 140 and we saw this when he struggled against dudes like collazoComment

Hatton was a 160+ lb junior welter that relied on a size advantage. Without that size advantage, he couldnt compete at 147. Hatton blocked punches with his face, spence is going to land on him when hatton is coming in and get KTFOComment

His weight was there, his talent level and style didnt support being competitive at 147. But then he got into a place where he couldnt make 140 anymore without killing himself. His career was over at that point.
Broner is similar though with a different style. Broner is talking about going back down to 140 because his lack of talent requires a size advantage to win. Problem is he cant make that weight easily anymore. His career is on life support now.Comment
