why do fighters have to switch trainers with a loss or a tough fight?

Roach trained Ramirez and knows him well so he gave Zepeda all the tips and came up with the perfect plan.

Ramirez is what he is. He is just a high volume fighter who fights off youthful energy. He isnt that skilled.

Ramirez reminds me of Juan Diaz. He wont last long as champion. He is too flawed and most elite fighters will exploit him.

I was just thinking whether Roach suits his style better and had him looking better. But as you say it could just be this opponent or his skill ceiling.

Won’t matter, Rougarou will thrash him either Roach or Garcia in the corner or both!
