135lb Broner was more spectacular than 130lb Tank Davis!

Facts! Broner was a beast at 135lb and was beating up better opposition than Tank is doing right now!

He had two fights at 135. One of his opponents at 130 tested positive for *******. He struggled with Ponce and didn't make weight vs Escobedo.

I seem to remember him struggling a few times in the lower weights and had a close/arguably lost a fight in his up and coming days

Broner at 130 and 135 I probably favor against the majority of fighters.

People talk about the Ponce fight but Broner was really young, and after the fight he went over to Ponce's locker room and asked if he wanted a rematch - Ponce and his trainer said no. Speculation is Ponce was scared of Broner's size and Broner was only going to be better in the rematch.

At least tank has his own style and he lets his hands go instead of being the dollar store version of floyd like broner.

Broner was ROBBED against Pacquiao and real boxing fans know this. Let's be real, he was on track to becoming the FOTD after beating Pac, he'd probably have called for a Mayweather fight next but Mayweather don't won't that smoke so he bribed the judges.

After Broner beats Mayweather, he probably would have faced Loma or the winner of Garcia/Spence.

In my mind Adrian is the real FOTD. Mayweather was just trying to keep a brother down. Sad.

Broner wasn't a beast at 135 and he wasn't beating up better opposition than Tank is now. Broner was given easy fights and won fights most viewers thought he lost. Tank KOed Pedraza when Pedraza was undefeated. Broner was lucky to get the win over Ponce. Tank is a better fighter than Broner ever was.
