would u guys consider (now here me out here) Oscar de la hoyas victory over Ricardo Mayorga a big upset? After a 2 year layoff, i didn't have him winning that fight. some thought there was no way he could lose though...

OR is DLH's first win over JCC considered a big upset?

Don't know if it had been mentioned before, but Ken Norton vs. Muhammad Ali I is one of the greatest upset for sure.

BALDOMIR HAS NINE LOSSES. NINE. That's more than any elite fighter ever comes close to having in a career. Was Taylor beating Hopkins a huge upset? **** no.
Because no one gave Clay a chance in hell to win that fight he was a huge underdog some boxing writers were saying that this was indecent that they did not want to see a guy beat to death in the ring. There was a huge stigma about Liston he was a man who took care of buisness and this trash talken young punck was pissing off the wrong guy.

It ended at 42:1 or so but opened at 25:1 because everybody believed it was a sure thing. Entirely too much betting on Tyson's side so bookies kept moving the line to cover their losses better. Bookies 1 Public 0.
