I think you meant to say Floyd Mayweather Jr., NOT Al Haymon!

My understanding is that Davis is signed by both Al Haymon and Mayweather. Since you see this kind of mismatch in Al Haymon's PBC very offen I assumed it was a Haymon move.

But if he is NOT signed to Haymon then I take back what I said and put full blame on Floyd instead of putting the blame on both Haymon and Floyd.

Floyd is the promoter, so he gets full blame! Haymon provides a platform...PBC. Dibella, Tom Brown, Richard Schaefer, Mayweather, etc. make the fights! If Haymon had the power, Spence vs. Thurman would've happened a long time ago! For all the mismatches, you still get Thurman vs. Porter, Thurman vs. Garcia, Lara vs. Hurd, Charlo vs. Harrison, Lara vs. Castano, DeGale vs. Eubank Jr., Wilder vs. Ortiz, and Wilder vs. Fury! Hopefully Ruiz fights smart and avoids ****ing with Tank to make it to the 12th. Not because I think Ruiz will win but I’d like to see Tank over 12 rounds, not a KO. His true potential is yet to be seen.

Completely agree here. I really want to see him put in rounds as well. He's been too inactive for far too long. Maybe Ruiz will surprise everyone and take him the whole 12 rounds.
