I think he is very good but not that good. He has never faced the competition to prove he deserves to be top 10 pound for pound. You can use the eye test for pound for pound but the eye test can be misleading if you don't fight really good fighters. I think he could easily become a top pound for pound guy but he needs to fight better fighters.
