I won’t be watching tomorrow. Turned down free tickets, going to go out instead and not set my DVR BUT I will be laughing when he has his Maidana-Broner moment and then never recovers or learns from it and becomes an opponent.

That’s what happens to mediocre fighters. They get protected, get exposed and then become cannon fodder. Tank is mediocre.

        Keep watching.

Who are all these ranking organizations who “all” have Tank #2? I’m still waiting.

Where did I get emotional? I'm a fan of Gervonta. I believe in his skills.

I know you read my posts. I don't care about any organization or their ranking. I follow what I'm seeing with my own eyes in the ring. If I'm wrong, I'm wrong.

I never liked good fighters like Floyd or Sergio Martinez, or Usyk because of what some organization said. I used my eyes.

You respect organizations like the WBA, WBC, and IBF? I don't care. Nor do I care about any other boxing websites' rankings. You can go with that. I'll use my eyes.

ok thats cool. but why pretend like he's the best and say everyone thinks he's the best? they don't. in fact he's massively overanked considering what he's actally accomplished and you can probaly chalk that up to being american and getting a bump because of that and because he fights on american tv more than others. tevin farmer has gotten that same bump and can be seen ranked as high or higher than guys like machado without having a top 10 win. if you believe in his skills will you push for him to fight a top guy so he can show those skills against the best instead of these horrible opponents?

problem with that is you are going to fall victim to your own subjective biases. you did it in this very thread claiming salido was a bum because loma lost to him but that pedraza was a top guy because tank beat him. you can spin things all you want but that just lets tank off the hook. you should want him to fight the top guys just to get rid of the perception that hes a ducker even if you think he would destroy everyone.

You said “nearly all” Rank Tank as #1 when they simply don’t. What is your ranking based on when you say nearly all? What you mean is YOU think he’s the #1 because you like him best.

You were bragging that Tank is a “two time champ” (he’s a paper champ FYI) now you say they don’t matter nor do consensus ranking organizations but saying I am biased for having Berchelt as #1 when it’s the popular opinion and backed up by a better, deeper resume.

Daggum, I respect you, and will just say that I want Davis to fight the best out there. Lomachenko is the fight I really want for him in 2020. It's not gonna happen for another year. So, I'm gonna go mute on that till then.

                      Meantime I want:

                      Berchelt
                      Fortuna
                      Machado
                      Lopez
                      Farmer
                      Haney

Or the fiercest, strongest 135lbers, to get used to the division. As a fan, I wanna see all. If he loses, he loses. If I don't see something good from him soon, then I'll go mute on him too.
