so he showed up an hour late(because he knew he wasn't on weight) and was still given another 30 minutes after that. i thought the rule was you have an hour to make weight(could be wrong) but that clock only starts when you actually show up? not when the weigh in was scheduled? so if you show up 5 hours late its ok if you are the a-side?
