According to Kell, Vargas was not worthy back in '16 because he had no name recognition, even though it would have been a unification bout. Fast forward 2.5 years later and I'd say Vargas and him are even in that regard. I'm interested to see how Kell plays it now, because who else could he be willing to fight that would bring him a better payday? Liam, maybe? I don't live in the UK, so I'm not sure how popular he is there.
