Rocky and Eusebio Pedroza put on a couple of the most memorable wars I can remember. These 2 left it all in the ring. Great Fights!! Champions Both!

RIP to Rocky Lockridge.

His two wars with Tony the tiger Lopez, which their first fight was FOTY, were boxing classics. And his KO of Roger Mayweather was fast and brutal.

Sad to hear that Rocky Lockridge died, age 60. Stroke.

VERY weird to think it's a toss-up whether the general public knows him best for that KO of Roger Mayweather or...BEST CRY EVER.

The latter has gotten over 70 MILLION hits on YouTube, which is way way more than all his boxing highlights on the Internet put together.

If you are true boxing fan. You'd know him best for his two wars with Tony the tiger Lopez with the first being FOTY. Both fights were broadcast nationwide on Wide World Of Sports on a Saturday afternoon back in the day.

And he had a war with Pedroza .
And was knocked out by LaPorte in one of the most shocking one-punch KO's that time.

Rocky was robbed against Gomez. Gomez might have won 4 rounds. All he had to do was do some fake rallies the last 30 seconds of the round as instructed by Dundee. Dundee untied Gomez's shoes a few times to give him timeouts.
But, Rocky got the best of Gomez as he destroyed his voice box . Gomez talks with a rasp now b/c he says Rocky hit him in the throat too much.

I still remember Marv Albert screaming to the top of his lungs when Rocky KO'd Roger.
