Hi Tank.
I hope you don't this is too much of a "hardball question."
Fans and journalists alike all agree that you are a supreme talent. Your fights are must-see TV. However, your resume is lacking the big win over a top fighter so far. No disrespect to the guys you've beat so far, but they've all been fighters who can be described as good or very good, but it still feels like you haven't fully "stepped up" to the top level yet. When will you take that next step up? We all really, really, really want to see that.
Good luck in your career champ.
Bonus burn:
*So, when will you step up though?

Why's your momma so beautiful?

What is your walking around weight when you're not in camp?
135. I'm disciplined. Nah, I'm like 140-143
Probably 139-140.
Can you list your top 5 favorite boxers of all time?
My top 5 favorite are Floyd Mayweather, Sugar Ray Leonard, Sweet Pea, Aaron Pryor, who else...that's it.
Are you a fan of any active boxers (not the one's you are friends with) out there right now?
Like, "oh ****, xxxx is fighting tonight I gotta catch that fight".
Yeah, a lot of up and coming fighters I'm watching. There's an amateur I'm watching, his name's Keyshawn Davis. He's trying to make the Olympics. A lot of up and coming fighters that I watch.
It's cool. It's good. We on good terms.
When the time is right, when he grow, we'll see down the line. I'm willing to fight Ryan when he matures out

Look at Lomachenko's resume, he's got 12 damn fights. Who has he fought? Besides Gary Russell. And Pedraza that he went 12 rounds with that I knocked out, but that's your P4P #1.
*So, when will you step up though?

Who won these fights in your opinion?
GGG Canelo 1
GGG Canelo 2
Fury Wilder
GGG and Canelo 2, I think Canelo beat him. Wilder vs. Fury, I think it was a tough fight, could've went either way. Hopefully we get the rematch and they solve it.
Does Floyd want you to fight Loma? Would you move up in weight to fight him?
I don't know what Floyd wants, but it don't matter to me to fight Lomachenko. Listen, anyone at 130-135, anyone that's coming up from 126, they all can get it.
Yeah, he stress me out sometimes man. Talk too damn much.
I made 130 my last fight. I only missed weight one time, what the hell. I think I was 29 or 28 in my last fight. I'm willing to fight at 130, 135, hopefully probably in the next 2-3 years fight at 40. Doesn't matter.
A **** star. I got a deal coming too.
What fighters do you want to box in the imminent future?
It's a lot of good up and coming fighters that we could make that PPV fight. I'm looking forward to all the up and coming fighters. I don't have a specific name.
Nah, never been in the ring with Floyd. I done watched him knock some people out in the gym, but that's about it. I've been close to the ring but that's about it. I've never shared the ring besides shadowboxing with him.
Probably when I first won my national tournament at 10 years old. I felt like I had what it takes.
Mike Tyson in his prime.
Probably in the gym. I got caught with a hook in my last fight against Cuellar. I been hit by some tough guys. I'm always cautious, but yeah, in a sense.
This camp, I train early in the morning. I wake up 8 or 9, go and run. I train probably 10 or 11, ate breakfast before training, then train, and then before like 5 or 6 oclock I'm in bed, knocked out asleep.
Well, my coaches always challenged me to the bigger fighters in the gym, so I was always...cause I was so bad, the kids around my size were good, but I was always the one that pushed harder in the gym. So I guess right there in the gym maybe.
That's something you'd have to ask him, not me
Well, would I be the same size or would I be bigger? I believe I'd sleep both of em.
Different sizes. 16, 14, 10, 8, sometimes 18. Depends
Promotion-wise, I believe that I'm good. I'm good.
I don't know. Hopefully we could get that chump in the ring, knock his eyes straight!
It means a lot. When you don't wanna lose it...you know, I'm not trying to ever lose. I don't think anyone around me is trying to lose, so I think that 0 means a lot. You do want to fight people that bring the best out of you, and fight the best out there.
Man, I'd smoke Tevin Farmer like a blunt. Tell him I said I'd smoke him like some cookie, some sour diesel.
Hi momma!
Thanks, and good luck champ.
Who said that? I'm probably not in the gym as heavy as I am in camp, but I'm in the gym.
I don't try to think about that because that's when stuff happens. When I want to retire, probably around like 29-30. That's what me and Al got planned, to retire when I'm 29-30. Hopefully I'll be up some Ms, some M&Ms. I'm trying to make another baby.
In camp, I eat a lot of salmon and broccoli. Outside of camp, a lot of stuffed chicken, chicken alfredo, things like that. Baked potatoes, lasagna. I'm hungry by the way.
I'd say GGG and Canelo, Mikey, I'd say Errol after this fight too.
I had a lot of great sparring, so I don't know the best. Lorenzo Simpson and Malik Hawkins.
Would you want your corner team to throw in the towel if you had such a deep cut?
It wasn't that deep at first if I'm not mistaken. They should've put a lot of grease on there before, but sometimes in a fight, there's some fighters that tell you they wanna finish but some see a little blood and go crazy. I wouldn't have told my coach to stop it.
Everything, overall. I want to grow as a boxer and as a person.
That's a tough fight. Both of them are my guys. I love the Garcias, I love Spence. I'm a fan, ready to watch, tune in, see a knockout.
I think Floyd, Sweet Pea, and Aaron Pryor. That's who my coach told me to focus on.
How often do you do push ups ?
Not really lift weights, but I have a strength coach. We don't really lift weights.
A bunch of Kirk Franklin.
I think it was cute.
