I think there is a chance Fury could pull out if it does go to a purse bid. Doesn't the guy with the belt still get 75% with the WBC? If so Fury won't want that.
wbc retain the discretion to set a different split in exceptional circumstances. In this case they ruled 60:40 due to Fury's performance in the last fight.

As people with even bit of a brain knew... WBC makes farce "ordering purse bid" as neither Wilder nor Fury gives a **** on them. Fury isn't mandatory and Wilders knows it.
