Pacquiao never fought a prime matchup going up in weight for a guy like Spence. It's not like Pacquiao with his win over ODH at "Welter" in 2008 would have instead decided to fight Paul Williams for Arum's favorite org, the WBO.

The point of these workouts is high impact resistance. It's not going to make Mikey stronger. His power will be capped at 147. Spence hits like a 154 fighter, some say 160. So all this is for resistance in Spence's punches along with the mass which should help. Garcia needs to be moving, and squeeze tight and guard up when goes down to the sides.

It's going to be a great fight. If Mikey just copies tape like SRL and Canelo moving around the ring, then it's a historic win for Garcia.
