It's not about being afraid. Boxing is a business. Why fight Lopez for short money? To satisfy certain fans? What's in it for Pedraza? Unless the money is right there is no gain in fighting Lopez!

People don't bash Pedraza the Businessman. People rightfully bash him as a boxer.

hes the best boxer of all time and he has to be since he's the only guy that tank has ever beaten that was even close to hte top 10 so every time he wins or gets robbed against loma tnak just becomes better. tank can basically retire and let pedraza do all the work from here on out

Lmao no. He’s fought two actual boxers, relax.

Nah, fûçk that! The kid is the real deal! Did you see how crisp his shots were?

Did you noticed the pull counter off the jab!?

How old is he, 23? And he works the body like a vet!

Speed and power like a bullet train in China but he’s Honduras made!

Now he adds showmanship to his game!

Let’s see if he’s got what it takes, throw him in now!

            Lopez vs Easter he

            Lopez vs Haney

            Lopez vs Beltran

            Lopez vs Commey

Make it happen Bob, you’ve got a superstar on your hands!

Absolutely not, I think the kid is ready!

Obviously Lomachenko is too much right now but in a couple years he could make it a good fight!

Have him fight a former world champ like Beltran, Linares or Easter Jr and if he destroys them then get him a shot a world title whether it’s the IBF or WBC by that time he’s already getting ready to go to 140!

Pretty sure Mikey still holds the WBC, only saw the IBF strip him. So a title shot would be Loma, Comney or Garcia.

"It seems that Teofimo thinks that since José looked good against Lomachenko, he can use him to make a name for himself. The only way he would be attractive for us is if there is a title at stake."

BOOOOOO! The old "get a title and then talk to me trick!" Whatever! Since Pedraza don't want no smoke, let's see if Felix Verdejo wants that work? To all the TR Lightweights...MAN UP!

At the end of the day this is the truth, but am sure if the money was right then they would take the fight. If they beat Lopez would it help Pedraza's ranking? Nope, it would merely stop a younger prospect from getting up in rankings.
