Hmm, odd but true. I did some research on this and it turns out that the other 876K fighters besides Gatti who have done their ring walks to Thunderstruck have all lost their fights.

Some entrance songs are reserved for certain fighters. For example Klitschko has Can't Stop by Red Hot Chili Peppers. Gatti has Thunderstruck. Golovkin has Seven Nation Army by White Stripes.

If you're another fighter, those are off limits.

It's good when fighters have one entrance song.

I'm a huge fan of a fighter having his own entrance music. I legit have boxing flashbacks of fights when I hear Thunderstuck or other songs. And it really hypes me up more than usual when I hear a guys song playing knowing he's about to start his ringwalk.

If I was a promoter or manager I'd try to talk all my fighters into branding themselves with a theme song of sorts. I think it helps sell the fighter to the public & gives you one more thing to associate them with.

What a joke. A fighter doesn't own a damn thing about a song just because they happened to choose to ring walk to a certain song. Unless the artist themselves personally say otherwise,its beyond laughable for anyone to act like its their song,& if it were me I'd intentionally use my opponents fav song just to piss them off.
