If he isn't active, i would ABSOLUTE recommend Test once your over 35, keeping good test levels is good health also.
If he wasn't on it i would think he doesn't care about his health. In 20 years will be standard for adult men to be on test supplements after 40.

Of course he is.
Also, some people don't ever recover their HPTA (Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Testicular Axis) and are require to stay on forever--- no matter how well their PCT is.
