Yeah in that case I agree, Wilders marketability has definitely increased and AJs has probably slipped a bit. Having said that though, it needed Wilders fan base to widen for the AJ fight to ultimately be a mega-fight so all roads probably lead to that anyway in the minds of Finkel, probably the biggest shift is that before Hearn would have had the final say on numbers etc, any future deal is probably going to be much closer to 50/50.

      • Eddie needs to relax a bit.

Do a few lines of beak, call up AJ to service his wife BBC style.

He'll feel much better after that.

And to keep calling him Winkle is child like. Some spoilt kid who can't get his own way.
I think they were serious, but wanted their game plan to play out believing Wilders options were few. Which was a fair assumption given that Fury didn’t look like he would be competitive for at least another year and I believe he was betting Fury would fall off the wagon again and be back out of boxing before he became a threat to his plans.

Both assumptions about Fury have ultimately scuppered Hearns plans.

Yeah exactly, AJ was by far the biggest star and most popular fighter in the HW division when negotiations first started. The landscape has dramatically changed over the last few months. Finkel has also massively exposed Hearn’s motives. Wilder is now having a bigger and more lucrative fight in 2019 than AJ is, that looked hugely unlikely back in 2017.

            • Gee whiz, what a shocker that the guy you refuse to call by his actual name won't talk to you. Like some kind of 3rd grader.

Typical hearn apologists (even the defeated Parker-fan types). Can't make a substantive point, so claim you "don't understand" and start name-calling. Kids these days.

Ok, I'll quit picking on you to be adult and understand anything. Back to your playpen ...

Not really talking about the past Tyson Fury named his price Deontay Wilder named his price just like AJ did difference is AJ asking price was met while Wilder and Fury weren't

Wilder and Fury won't have a problem making a fight or rematch only one that's not is AJ
And that's cos Fury and Wilder would prefer to fight each other a dozen times than fight AJ you dickhead.
Is it easier for Wilder to make a Breazeale fight than a Joshua fight?
Of course it fu%%^$ing is you tool.

Finkle knows that Hearn is full-of-shlt, so will not waste time with him

like the pretty girl at the end of the bar who NEVER gives out

when that team starts making/accepting decent offers, things will change
