Alvarez, he got sparked largely because he didn't show up in shape. Showed up in the rematch and got it done. He TRIED, and succeeded.

This is the mark of a warrior. An aging warrior, but a warrior nonetheless.

This is a guy people said was washed, done, needed to hang em up, Alvarez would spark him again, he drinks too much, Buddy McGirt would stop the fight and hug him "I love you too much baby", etc etc. None of that happened.

I'm sorry. And I'll keep saying it. It's about respect. This is a GLADIATOR sport. True fans need to demand that these fighters show up and avenge their in-the-books losses, or at least TRY. Don't run. Don't duck. And it's a damn shame people are not holding Manny Pacquiao to the same standard that they hold other fighters.

Manny Pacquiao is a straight up coward and his fans that make excuses about why he's ducking the Jeff Horn rematch are enablers to why he's lost so much respect in the mainstream.
Duckiao knows Horn would stop him late if he got into the lions den again.

    High key.

If Manny's a coward then Marquez is a coward times 10. Why did Marquez so vehemently, shamelessly deny a rematch with Pacqiuao when he could have had such a huge payday? I'll admit that Horn is hell for Pacqiuao but Marquez and Mayweather could be making a fortune having another Pacquiao fight. They should be very motivated for those rematches......Marquez basically admitted that he didn't even believe he could beat Manny again and Mayweather doesn't seem to have a lot of faith in himself either. Maybe he's looking for another tiny, inexperienced MMA fighter like Tenshin or a guy like McGregor who's never even had a boxing fight before. Yet Mayweather could make MUCH more money if Pacquiao was his opponent.

            Torrecampo - ?
            Sangsurat - ?
            Erik Morales - avenged
            Timothy Bradley Jr - avenged
            Juan Manuel Marquez - pursued
            Floyd Mayweather Jr - pursued
            Jeep - ??

Maybe PAC treats Jeep as a not so relevant "loss" just like that of Torrecampo and Sangsurat...

Massacre? Horn was more hurt in Round 9 of the Pacquiao fight than any of the Crawford rounds. Had that been Steve Smoger in there, Crawford would have been taken the distance.

I wish this thread would disappear but its still on first page so I find myself visiting again.
Kovalev got koed so got the chance to rematch loss. Pac won in most peoples eyes. Actually he won in everyones eyes until proven otherwise. So its horn should want the rematch to show he could win legitimately.
