Is there any doubt that Teofimo Lopez would beat Haney right now?

    Haney's a better boxer. Lopez has more power/explosiveness. It's 50/50.

I disagree. I think Lopez is the better boxer. He was toying with Magdelano out there. Very economical but was hurting him whenever he wanted to.

Absolutely. I just think he overwhelms Lomachenko. No way will Lomachenko will be able to stand in front of Lopez and throw the amount of volume of punches he usually throws. He will have to move and pick his shots. Just think Lopez hurts him on numerous times and may even stop him late.

Haney doesn't need to have great power, but he just needs to have respectable power and hold his ground. He's turning the page in that regard and obviously has great athleticism. Haney also just turned 20 years old a few months ago. Will let the debate between those two along with Stevenson/Ortiz/Ennis just play out.

Can somebody get a gif of that behind the back punch. That was wild.

He did beat Menard before Teofimo did. Handed him his first loss. Menard's corner stopped the fight.

I think Haney would do fine.

Teofimo beat someone last night that was there to be beaten. It's harder to beat someone who is actually in it to win and is probably more skilled.

But he hasn't been tested yet. A lot of guys have something special about them until they get pushed back.

One thing is for certain. We likely won't see Haney vs Lopez for 5+ years.
