Ok I think in that sense over-training is a real thing. I don't think that's what Kov was referring to here but possibly you are correct. I think he was saying he worked too hard in training and tired himself out and he wasn't fresh but who knows
I agree with you. That seems to have become clearer now that I have heard more of the post-fight interviews
