Would Thurman KO Horn in less rounds than Crawford did?

In Crawford's first fight at 147, he stopped Horn in the 9th round and won a 147 title. Thurman said that Crawford's win over Horn wasn't impressive because Horn was barely a champion. Thurman also said that he could beat Horn with one eye and one arm.

If Thurman's next opponent was Horn, would he be able to stop Horn in less rounds than Crawford did?

Thurman has taken shots at Horn's credibility, and now Horn is taking shots at Thurman because of his performance in his last fight. I actually think a Thurman-Horn fight has a possiblity of being made. Arum can't squeeze much more money out of Horn, so he might as well roll the dice in a fight against Thurman. While Haymon and Thurman may want another tune-up before putting Thurman in with Spence, Porter, Crawford, or Pacquiao.
