Pacquiao did ask for a rematch before he and roach split for a while, but talks never materialised for whatever reason. Also, horn is no longer relevant. He had his 15 mins of fame, and he is now back in aussie fighting a bunch of nobodies while pacquiao is fighting guys like broner and making $$$. It does not even make sense now, and I would rather see paqcuiao fight thurman since they are both holding a WBA belt and are with PBC.
