i can’t think off the top of my head who pbc has at 122. Nery vs Oubaali is a good fight. Oubaali is with MTK though so i don’t get signing with pbc to fight him

Pretty sure Schaefer has a co-promotion deal with Oubaali. Not sure when it is up but that's obviously a possible fight for him. And 122 you have Rigo. After that? Beats me. Though at 118 I guess he can attract other fighters to come to SHO/FOX to fight him since none of the other guys are with the two other big networks stateside. Obvious you have some Frank Warren guys at the top and even though he has a deal with ESPN+, the fights could be possible. Don't think Warren will deny say a Nery/Tete fight because of the ESPN+ deal.
