What? Who said they wouldn't sign anyone good? It was the big names they were after that people said they wouldn't get. Signing P4P guys like SSR and Usyk was the exact type of guys they were going to get. Quality guys with no set fan base. Same with Andrade. Now, getting Canelo/GGG? Those are the big names people didn't think DAZN were going to get. Obviously at that time HBO had not gone out of business so it was impossible to predict this.Comment

That's smart that they are signing amateurs. Better than having to overpay established guys. I agree with you about the matchmaking though. The next Golden Boy card on February 9th has two title fights but both are mismatches. I don't think i'll even bother to watch.Comment

Sources: Srisaket Sor Rungvisai’s debut on DAZN will be a rematch with Juan Francisco Estrada. The fight is slated to take place April 6 in Los Angeles on a card alongside Danny Roman-TJ Doheny. Rungvisai is The Ring’s 115-pound champion; he outpointed Estrada in a war in Feb.

DAZN has Canelo and Anthony Joshua, and that's about it (I like Reshat Mati, but even he's an easy three years away from seeing if he's turned into anything). lolComment

Deontay Wilder, Errol Spence Jr, Danny Garcia, Mikey Garcia, and arguably Keith Thurman all move the Q-rating needle (could add Pacquiao, Broner, and Gervonta Davis to that too). And then you have the Charlo brothers, Mario Barrios, David Benevidez, potentially Joey Spencer, potentially Caleb Plant, potentially Kownacki, and a host of other prospects still developing (Ritchardson Hitchens most obviously in my opinion).
