In my opinion, Jesse Vargas, Joseito Lopez, Andre Berto, Chris Algieri, Amir Khan, Devon Alexander, Adrian Broner, Luis Collazo, Sammy Vargas, Brandon Rios, Jeff Horn, are all about the same level - Gatekeepers.

Pacquiao and Mikey Garcia are between a gate keeper and world class at welter.

World class are Thurman, D. Garcia, Porter

Elite are Spence and Crawford

Mikey Garcia is not even welterweight.

Pac didnt lose to Horn. We all know that ref was paid to let Horn wrestle Pac the entire fight. If it was wrestling you were watching, then Horn won. Much of you didnt know, Pac didnt train that Horn fight like he trained for Broner fight.

If Thurman had fought with jessie vargas for his first fight back, he'd have lost his belt. good thing he avoided him.

Vargas and Lopez fought and Lopez lost on the cards but arguably won the fight. They are on the same level imo
