It's pretty clear that Ramirez is just an average at best fighter. His career is identical to JCCJR. The fact that he's in his physical prime and still hasn't fought on ppv and fighting on a SUNDAY tells you all you need to know about Ramirez. He just doesn't have the skill or power for his fighting style and top rank knows that.
