are you being sarcastic? who the hell is big g. yeah he's robert's dad but is he a certified trainer. what experience does he have? this is a bad look for robert he's leaving lopez on the night of his biggest fight just so he can attend a party? WTF??? Iopez should fire him!

First of all, Robert Garcia made it to NY this morning and will be in his corner. Second of all, are you kidding me? Big G is the ONLY trainer for my memory that has EVER taken three fighters from scratch and made them world champions. Fernando Vargas, Robert Garcia and Mikey Garcia all were trained from the first day they stepped in a boxing gym from Big G and he made all of them champions. Please tell me someone else who has done the same. Literally one trainer until they became champion. Now, Mikey also had his brother from his pro debut but it was his father who was in his corner during all this time as well. Eduardo "Big G" Garcia is one of the best trainers of all time for accomplishing that. No clue why this doesn't become more of a thing. We see trainers who get to pick up talented amateurs when they turn pro, but which of those trainers actually make world champions from the first day they step in a boxing gym?

Big G started it all he was roberts trainer and dad and lead him to become world champion Big G is the owner of la colonia boxing gym he has been a certified trainer since before you been born, he also trained Many fighters including the youngest 154lb World champion Fernando Vargas. he is also to this day an adviser to robert garcia......i can go on but im just going to stop here

Lopez Is Getting a Better trainer for this fight and im sure lopez is very honored to have big g in his corner!!!
