And for all the idiots who swear that the Black "Hip-Hop" community is somehow in love with Adrien Broner.

    Listen to this.

he needs to stay at 147 but fight lower comp... i mean lower lower comp! and just make a living by doing that! he'll still make like $1-2mil a fight. that's not bad.

if he goes back down to 140, how long is he gonna be able to fight at 140 and make weight and be healthy?? we all know broner kills himself to make weight, what happens when a unhealthy 140 broner starts losing to b-c level 140 guys? then it's gonna be even harder for him lol. just stay at 147 and fight cab drivers from here on out.

Broner's days as an attraction are winding down? I thought they were already gone. After his performance against Adrian Granados, I thought he was halfway there. After getting schooled from beginning to end by Mikey Garcia without one bright moment worth remembering, I felt he was all the way done being a big time draw.

I think he still has talent he just has to change the way he fights. He won't do it but if he was more active, tried to create his own offense instead of only punching when countering, and used some footwork for both offensive and defensive purposes instead of being so flat-footed he might get somewhere near the top of a weight class again.

Since Gervonta Davis is on the rise and they are cool with each other, maybe he can hang on Gervonta's coattails like he did for so long with Floyd. Stay relevant that way.

Hard work only beats talent if talent does not work hard.

I agree, I find it unacceptable from Adrien Broner. 'He should be living like a Olympic athlete' the same kind of mindset for this next few years of his career 'It is not hard or difficult, especially when you have massive fights and lucrative deals as motivation'.

There are amateur Olympic athletes who have 1000% more discipline than some boxers. Bernard Hopkins, Floyd Mayweather are examples of how discipline 365 days per year in reality? Overtime is more beneficial than steroids or any fancy supplement.

It just seems like a lot of boxers are extrinsically motivated, and not intrinsically motivated. When you are extrinsically motivated, this in my opinion is a very bad sign in elite sports. Floyd Mayweather may have bragged about money, but deep down? He was intrinsically motivated! 'He did not enjoy losing, and relished competition & the journey'. If it was just about the money? He would be the happiest man in the world now, he clearly is not! He is searching for something to replace boxing as a man, and as a fighter. Which is ok!

Adrien Broner is just too extrinsically motivated, you can't really change that. Great athletes and boxers, have the ability to make everything 'personal' on a intrinsic level. All I am saying is? If Adrien Broner just disciplined himself intensely for these remaining years of his career, he would easily be in afew more mega fights. 'I am not a massive fan of him, but he is a semi-decent fighter' and I don't think the welter-weight division is immensely talented at this point in time.
