He has beaten p4p bradleyx2(should be x3) and marquez in the decade, beat bigger clottey and margarito, vargas coming off a sadam ali(guy who beat cotto) win, young man broner who apparently is a decent win and if he beat one of these young lions, beat them as a 40 year old legend, how the *** doesnt he get it? Ray robinson had about 7 losses in the second decade he won the award, because it's about accomplishments. Pacquiao got it the first time for beating Morales, Barrera and Marquez on numerous ocassions, if he gets it again it'll be due to yet again building a hell of a resume.

Yes. His resume is stacked if he keeps on winning. It's unparalleled really. Usyk is doing well but will hit inevitably hit his ceiling at heavyweight.
