Look who Spence has fought since winning a title vs the post GGG Brook:

    Peterson Bum jr welter
    Another bum jr welter
    Garcia a lightweight

Spence is protected, Haymon will not risk Spence until he moves up to 54 or 60, even then he will be moved very calculated

Man this guys fear of Spence (and now seemingly Crawford also) is so obvious....injury or not the man has been in no rush to face the best.

Are "the best" Spence and Crawford in a rush to fight each other?

I'm hoping Spence-Porter comes first but I guess we shall see. I doubt it honestly.

Those would be my picks for 2019 as well. Though I'm talking Mikey Garcia, not Danny.

Homie has a more solid resume than Spence

I'm not a Thurman defender, but fighting Porter in the 2nd or 3rd fight back isn't terrible. Not what we want, but consistent with 2019 being his get back year.

This guy is the easiest guy to hate

Man this dude disappears for years and still is talking about being on top but in the next breath he is not fighting any champions this year and if so they wont be tough or I cant do it. All you have to do is say Errol and this guy craps his pants. No more run time Thurman name should be Keith the Cowardly Lion.

Reporters need to dog Thurman with questions why he is afraid to fight Spence in every interview. Like I said in a different thread, his plan is to fight Spence in two years. Spence told Thurman to his face he would get injured again if it looks like the two may fight, and that two years is too long to wait.

To be honest Porter and Danny Garcia have their own excuses for not fighting Spence. They make Spence look like some boogy man, and better than he actually is. They also make Mikey Garcia look like he has much bigger cojones than they do.

Spence may as well try to get a fight with Crawford, then move up. If Mikey upsets him it may change everything though. Not probable, but possible.
