Is there a possibility that Thurman gets embarrassed in this Saturday fight?

WBA super vs WBA regular ....means WBA all over again

it'll become vacant, until they create another WBA regular title to fill the vacancy

see when GGG the WBA Super MW champ fought Danny Jacobs the WBA Regular champ. GGG won "unifying" the WBA belts.

then the WBA just made another WBA regular Middleweight title. Hassan N'Dam won it over ryota murata.

Right .. if Thurman fights Pacquiao it would be WBA Super Champ vs WBA Regular, and the winner would be WBA Supreme champ (kidding about the supreme bit)

but yeah Pac-Thurman winner would only mean ONE title .. until the just create another WBA regular title at Welter

it's an endless cycle of ******ity. Refer to my above example with GGG vs Jacobs. Both were WBA champs, they fought, GGG won to unify WBA belts.

until another WBA Regular title was created again.

You know what, dude. That’s a good f ucking point. I can respect that. It was narrow minded of me not to think of that. It would make sense for all but Pac (who I’d not favor vs Thurman at all at this point in his career). Might even make sense for Pac as a last hurrah. If he beats Thurman he beat the #1 WW and it would top the cake of an already legendary career. Thurman is a better fight than Spence for Pac. But if Mikey somehow beat Spence... ooOooOooOOo. Thatll happen so quick.

Thurman Merman is so *****ing full of *****. He's one of the most delusional boxers out there. Pac could whip his ass. And Money May would fight Pac and not his whiny ass. Thurman overrated. Good but nowhere elite. Spence and Crawford whoop his ass. For certain.

I don't see him calling out Spence or Porter who has his belt lol. But I get it, he wants the paycheck. I can't fault him but Pacquiao will more than likely take the Mayweather fight and ride off into the sunset.

Don't forget Garcia called HIM out. Who'd pass on easy money like that? Garcia goes for broke and Spence gets a fat check. Spence has called everyone out. Over and over.

Spence was funny, he basically said hes picking broner because hes his friend, sounds like he knows broners ego couldnt handling him picking pac but he thought that was a good chance pac wins.

None IMO unless Thurman reinjures himself during the fight or comes in with a reinjury from training camp he didnt disclose. Im talking something severe like Martinez knees bucking constantly vs Cotto.

Otherwise, Thurman is only 30, lopez was never that great to begin with and his competition level hes been facing in the last few years is horrible, designed to get him some wins. Even out 2 years, Thurman is way way better than what Lopez has been fighting since his loss to Berto.
