Does the Pacquaio ROBBERY hurt Broner's chances for Fighter of the Decade?

We all know that Broner was well on his way to being declared fighter of the decade.

He just took the last fighter of the decade to school but was robbed of his decision because the judges hate black fighters.

Do you think the Boxing Writers Association of America will try to count his Pacquaio fight as a "loss" and use it as a chance to hate on him and pick someone else for FOTD?

Or do you think they will ignore the doctored official ruling and count it as a victory and give him FOTD?

Finally does he even really need a win over Pacquaio anyways to be FOTD or even with a "loss" was his record already above and beyond everyone else's that its undisputed?
