He has done nothing to earn that fight. He is an excellent 130 pound champion. He needs to beat a top 10 welterweight or win a title at 140 before calling out Pacquiao. everybody wants to fight Pacquiao because of the money he brings them, Pac would crush the little guy. If Pac fought him he would get the same verbal that Spence is getting for fighting Mikey only triple.

Sounds fair. If he can beat Broner at 147 as easily as Pac did then give the fight because he earned it. Right now he has never defeated even a 135 pound boxer so how does he deserve a shot at the welterweight champ even if Thurman is the real WBA champ.
