    Yep Tyson hit hard

    But all big guys hit quite hard dont they? Vitali, Wladimir, Peters, and all the current champs probably hit quite hard as well.

        one of cus d'matos ex fighters i think he is owner of gleesons gym now said that tyson could of punched a lot harder if cus had tyson doing weight training .

          I bet Tyson did do weight training. Everyones got a barbell in their bedrooms and pump a bit dont they? Im sure Tyson had weights in his room when he was 5years old onwards.

            His speed was part of the reason he hit so hard. Yeah thats kinda true he didnt go to the body nearly enough later on in his career. I rember sum1 saying it was Tysons body work was what set him apart
