Duran vs Hearns which ended badly for him.
Duran vs Barkley which he won.
    Those weren't PPV though.

Walk around weight means absolutely nothing. Weigh-in weight and fighting weight does. Hatton used to weigh 190lbs between fights but he didn't fight at that weight.

In PPV era the following were size mismatches IMO

        Mayweather-Marquez
De La Hoya-Pacquaio (turned out the draining had more impact than the size)
        Margarito-Pacquaio (Margarito was shot though)
        Hopkins-De La Hoya

I'd say Mayweather-Pacquaio was similar to Spence-Garcia in size but at least Pacquaio had acclimatized. History is full of lightweights challenging welterweights and welterweights challenging middleweights but back in the days the fighters fought more and often the non-title and interim fights were over the weight so the fighters got acclimatized to the weights a bit more. One case that it didn't was Carlos Monzon vs. Jose Napoles. Napoles, a natural lightweight, was the reigning welterweight champion because that's the only division he got a shot and then he was grossly undersized facing Monzon. He started well but was simply too small and was beaten up badly. I see that happening in Spence-Garcia.

Tito Trinidad vs Roy Jones. Tito was 147-160lbs. Long lay off and fights Roy Jones at 170? That was crazy! Also Roy Jones Vs John Ruiz
