BJS's fight IQ should be taken seriously by anyone fighting him or they will be getting 12-0'd.

And fair play to you if you think that. I'd favor Andrade myself, but he's too up & down & unfocused in the ring to win every round vs a top ten guy like David I feel. Plus with his lack of focus he'd be at higher risk to be KO'd by the crazy power David has. Andrade had some tense moments vs that unknown undefeated late notice guy in his DAZN debut ffs. He definitely wouldn't have beaten BJS that night fighting like that.
This is why the fight is so important. BTW, I'm the guy that made the 12 - 0 comment and you're right, nobody is beating BJS 12-0.

Andrade is clearly skilled, but his fight IQ is pretty trash if you ask me & I never have as much faith as you seem to with guys without a solid fight IQ in these high level fights.

Meanwhile BJS is a mfing science professor in the ring when he's at his best. He knows what to do, he knows what you're going to do before you do & he seems to have that almost special ability, like Floyd, in knowing exactly where he's at in having a round won to maximize or minimize his action for the rest of the round to conserve energy. I'm not sure anyone in the division 12-0's BJS unless BJS just don't show up for the fight which he's done before but never vs anyone who was a top ten type guy.
Yeah, I see it the same. I, however, think that an in-shape BJS handles Andrade pretty easily.

But it is a nice, bonus, isn't it? Besides, all the best guys in the division have belts, so.. And one can hardly rate Charlo above Jacobs or Canelo. So, yeah, no meaningful and truly challenging fight for GGG this spring.

And let's be honest: every one of these guys would be relieved to know that GGG will be 37,5 in Autumn when the fights with Jacobs, Canelo or BJS/Andrade might be possible. That's pretty much the only weapon they have against GGG - his age (IMO).

If the fight actually happens this time I think it'll be a decent fight. But Andrade will win comfortably and if he presses for once, he can KO Saunders.

One for the purists, as they say.

You are right about the age thing. In his prime, GGG would cut the ring and walk down just about everyone. The entire middle weight division waited for GGG to get older and look human. I love Danny but even his negotiations went on forever. GGG is older now and he's a half step slower but he is still the draw behind Canelo and that's why everyone wants to fight him.

80s were golden. Late 90s weren't too bad either between Oscar, Trinidad, vargas and mosley.
