Wilder and Fury realized they can make more than Joshua without having to deal with Hearn. I’m guessing both fighters make even more and have an even bigger buildup due to the controversial nature of the win by wilder and having material to sell the rematch. Wilder and Fury combined didn't earn more than AJ did vs Povetkin so stop making things up.

They know they can raise each others stock in the mean time so the winner of the two can legit claim close to, if not completely 50% against AJ down the line, more likely 2020.

The reality is neither of them want to fight AJ right now, and the WBC are protecting the belt from mandatories.

Haymon is building his brand on Showtime/Fox and Frank Warren is building his brand on BT. Both fighters lose their PPV attraction if they get easily KTFO by AJ.
