I was thinking about that today. I'd say somewhere in the top 25.

He was already in the Top 20 after what he had done in the lower weights.

He just exponentially added up to his ATG status after moving up and beating Dela Hoya, Hatton, Cotto, Margarito, etc.

      From flyweight to jr. middleweight.

He's Top 5 if you're being generous. But he's already Top 10 for sure.

He would be #1 ATG if he beats Spence for me. That would be a testament to his greatness. That's a big "IF" tho. He really has to be smart and efficient in that fight.

Top 15 all-time for sure. Top 10 also likely.

He's top 50 I'd say. I think he's probably anywhere from 30-50 though I'd have him closer to 50 (slightly above Mayweather, Hopkins but probably slightly below Jones, Chavez), personally. Like a lot of modern fighters he hasn't had a dominant enough reign as the undisputed or clear #1 in a division. I don't value bouncing around in weight quite as much as others do I guess.

We all have different criteria I guess so it's an inexact science but too many fans don't understand boxing history or haven't done research on things prior to their lives, especially when talking about their current favorite fighters.
