in my opinion, no.

Pacquaio looks like a full welterweight now, not a blown up lightweight or super lightweight, but an actual full sized welterweight.

the fight would have to take place at 147, and i seriously doubt if Gervonta would have the same explosiveness there.

Gervonta would probably look soft and fat even at 140.

Pac looked tiny. I'm sorry dude but he didn't have a Marquez transformation with age. The guy actually looks smaller with each passing fight. I don't know if he makes 140 healthy, it's an assumption until he does it, but he's not a full fledged welter. But no interest in this fight. I'd like to see Davis at 135 tho.
