Pac s 8 division titilist with 7o fights. He's got more right to take it easy than floyd.
Floyd was supposed to be the best so he had a duty to prove he was the best by fighting spence. Pac s not seen as the best so he isn't as obligated to fight spence like Floyd was. Why couldn't Floyd fight spence as retirement fight? Spence wasn't as highly rated as floyd.
