Because Horn will only fight him in that suncrop stadium where he lives so the ref will let him use every dirty tactic in the book and some not even in the book and the crooked judges can again rob Pacquiao on the scorecards. Pacquiao would gladly crush Horn in any neutral location but Horn wants Australia or nothing. Crawford showed what an ordinary fighter Horn is when he can't use wrestling, mauling, holding and hitting, head locks, choke holds, head butts, tripping etc. After Crawford stopped Horn he would not even be that big of win for Pacquiao anyway.
