I really think Broner showed a lot of improvement. Compared to his other fights I think he showed a lot of movement, more focused, quicker, and better defence. I think Broner needs to go back down to 140, he would be a champion again in that weight class.

Yeah I think Kevin Cunningham is a good fit for him. He's just not good enough to beat Pacquiao. It wasn't about his gameplan or him letting his hands go. He's just not talented enough.

Despite all of that, he did look good imo. I still think he's best coming forward and being aggressive, but that's not how you beat Pacquiao.

Broner has natural talent but that's it, he obviously frightens easily and has no guts, once he gets hit that's it, he tries to hide. Having talent but not the courage to develop and use it is almost a crime.

He did all of that at the expense of his offense though. His movement was excessive at times, and he allowed an old Pacquiao to consistently lead the action. He just can't put it all together, or refuses to do so.

Broner looked better than ever and STILL lost 10-2.

Imagine what a prime Manny would've done to him.

Broner is a PBC Friday night fighter.

I thought Adrien fought a very good fight early on, he caught Manny with some very good counters and got him hesitating at some point, the problem is that Pacquiao adjusted and varied his attack and Broner didn't take advantage of the momentum he gained. He kept trying the exact same thing over and over untill it didn't work anymore.

They probably saw that the counter right hand was what won Floyd the fight against Manny and focused too much on it, Floyd however was using his jab very well and landed a couple of lead hooks off the jab that really confused Manny. That's the problem when you're not yourself and you rely too much on a game plan. That's the difference between an A and a B level fighters, the ability to adjust.

I also saw a lot of mental weakness from Adrien after the 7th round, he wasn't fighting anymore after he got caught and was on survival mode untill the last second of the fight, at least in his previous fights he'd let the fight slip away but then close strong, this time he didn't and that disappointed me a lot.
