That was a new low for Broner, he looked awful. But Pacquiao isn't good enough at this point to beat the real top guys at 147. After that big 7th round he looked tired and was only doing marginally more than Broner. I think an aggressive guy like Porter and especially Spence would just overwhelm him and knock him out.

Pac is very faded, but he's a faded from an elite level.

Broner has just never been any more than B level, so Manny still has enough to beat a guy like that.

Broner is nothing more than Ricky Burns but with a big mouth. Burns has picked up titles in 3 weight classes but fallen short when he fought top level fighters, just like Broner, but Broner still gets big fights on the back of his personality.
