Why would he even entertain a Freitas match? Freitas isn't a huge draw and he made him quit. Sure, we'd watch it, but how could you get excited for it? If that crap happens, I hope Freitas somehow knocks the living hell out of Chico and stretches him out on that canvas. Corrales needs to fight Casamayor, Pacquiao, or Juan Diaz next. If not, he should just move up in weight.

What you talking about? At least he did beat someone. Corrales got KTFO in 4 in his last fight. And he just ducked Castillo in a 3rd fight which he knew he would get ended even faster in. Used the weight as an excuse to not fight. He never wanted to fight Castillo to begin with, hence why he kept pulling out of the fight. Remember, that's how Casamayor got the Castillo fight...and subsequently got robbed.

Pearson is no bum. Come on, 3k Battery and Peden aren't bad fighters. Salido is a horrible fighter, I'll give you that. Pearson is a decent fighter that Casamayor made quit.

Put Freitas-Barios 2 on PPV, I guarantee you it does less than 100k buys.

Pac has enough punching power and is a southpaw. As Casamayor has proven, a southpaw can reach Corrales' chin. And Corrales has proven that he likes fighting on the inside. He'd ******ly get into a war with Pacman and get KTFO.

Juan Diaz is simply too tough for Corrales. He's an aggressive young dude that would break Corrales down and probably knock him out too.

Casamayor really might not knock Corrales out, he's definitely not a power hitter, but that wouldn't keep him from dropping Corrales at least once. I think he'd stand in and fight with him on the inside more, which would be to Casamayor's advantage cause of Corrales' chin. Casamayor proved against Freitas and Corrales that he can take a punch. Corrales has proven time and again that he really can't. He just has the heart to keep getting up so far...well he was down longer than the count against Castillo but whatever.

To me this isn't about what has Casamayor done lately. It's about Corrales honoring his part of the trilogy.

Casamayor didn't have to give Corrales a rematch but he did. After the rematch Casamayor asked Corrales in front of his face for a rematch. Corrales at the time shrugged it off and never mentioned Casamayor's name since. To me that's just like spitting in the man's face and then walking away.

that right there confirms that he doesnt want none...what a *****, he knows joel will **** on him...he said joel needs to bring him a title??? what kind of **** is that, when casa beat him he gave diego a rematch wit no title, and diego was willin to fight castillo when he didnt have the title, so that makes no sense. its obvious that diego is scared and knows he lost both fights to joel and will lose again, but then he said hes willin to fight frietas who he already beat thoroughly unlike joel, this **** makes me mad, no one should ever consider corrales a warrior, hes a *****.

Difference is Chico is looking to unify, plus he might be a little scared of Casa's sweet left. LOL
