I don't agree with this. When Brook beat Porter he tried to call out guys to fight him in the UK.

Vargas actually agreed to come and fight him in the UK and Brook chose not to.

Kell's ego has held him back if anything. There were plenty of fights for him to fight but he often made it difficult.

      GGG essentially ruined Brook forever.

Arum needs opponents for Crawford and right now Al Haymon isn't playing ball. Assuming Crawford beats Khan, the winner of Brook-Vargas is a viable opponent as Crawford's next opponent. Eddie Hearn will definitely play ball to this proposal, because all four major belts at welterweight are with PBC and ESPN. It all comes down to whether Brook would be willing/is able to make weight again at welterweight if he beats Vargas. If course, if Khan loses and says he wants Brook next, Kell might come running once more ...

that's funny... no one wanted to fight Kell Brook lol? Bradley, Alexander, Vargas, Chavez, Rios are few names he could have fought but chose not to. He was offered a title shot against Bradley and Brook turned it down to fight Hector Saldivia in a IBF eliminator instead. Brook was content to fight euro bums for most of his career.

Exactly. Plenty of fights he turned down and got fed subpar opposition.

Guy wont fight Hurd or anyone like that because they'd maul him so he wants a big Khan payday.

No one wants to watch Vargas! Barely beat Goddamn Dulorme. I heard Horn was in talks, that's the fight I'd like to see.

As sad as it sounds i dont think Brook will aim as high as Vargas for his next opponent and it will be the same old story, claiming there are no big fights available and taking another set of tick over fights all through 2019.
He has a terrible resume outside of GGG/Spence/Porter and even then he is 1-2 with 2 tko losses, he has shown no interest in world titles at 154 and might be one of the biggest hype jobs in years

Won't be surprised if they take his current vulnerability for weakness and he out right just hurts one of these 147 pounders if they get too brave. Brook would probably stop Vargas at 147 with no rehydration clause.

But if I were Brook, I would continue to settle into 154 until he feels comfortable enough to pursue his title shot. He's still got something left, I just know it. The 154 pounders are on upset alert.

Manhandled who???? He barely beat Porter, what are you talking about. Plus, he had options but ran back to fight more bums, until he stepped up again for Spence. Please tell, these welters that were offered a fight?
