    who??

There seems to be an endless supply of european no hopers for Yarde to fight, he needs to step up or he won't actually develop.

Even Yarde must doubt himself as why he has not been tested yet

This opponent isn't that bad for Yarde. Mehdi Amar went 12 rounds with Gvozdyk. But after this one Yarde definitely needs a step up fight!

I’m assuming this guy isn’t a big puncher because Yarde seems to start every ‘step up’ fight looking a bit clueless. Maybe he can be like Wilder and get by on power and chin alone.

This is a decent matchup. It’s a good style matchup for Yarde but Amar is proven to be a very durable fighter. A Yarde stoppage is a statement victory.

Going 12 rounds with Grodzyk doesn't make you tough. He has been knocked out by a a feather fisted Mohammedi. For all the talk we have heard about Yarde, this surely can't be his "toughest opponent yet" especially given his age. I know he says he had a short amateur career and so he is learning. But for how long? Let him fight at least British level opponents - and there are plenty e.g Buatsi, Hosea Burton, Callum Johnson or even a Frank Buliogni.
