3 of the top 4 HW's are from the UK (should be top 3 if Fury wasn't robbed). Bow to your daddy fat yanks.

If you look they're usually young, boisterous know-nothing's that think whatever Eddie says is gospel. Even Dillian Whyte is starting to rival AJ's popularity with the wider audience. The idea that AJ is some kinda ultra-popular rockstar/celebrity is a total myth.
      No, no, no and no.

The analysis is wrong an couldn't be further from the truth of AJ is a UK PPV star, OBE and Gold medalist of the 2012 Olympics hosted by the UK. He is the UK's Golden boy and his persona is that of humble.

Tyson Fury is boisterous and rashly spoken with much contreversy. If you speak to many people they know AJ and not Fury and those that know of Fury generally regard him as a big mouth. There are some that know him and less that like him all though some do.

No matter how much you wish or pray to your Fury posters in your bedrooms that he becomes bigger than AJ it has not come yet, if it ever will.

I am an American fight fan and I don't believe any of that is true. Wilder said AJ is begging him to fight him but he is fighting Fury instead. How can AJ be begging Wilder for a fight and at the same time be ducking Wilder?????? It does not compute. I think a fight with a AJ is there for Wilder anytime he wants it. But the fight must be in England and Wilder must take less than a 50/50 split.

your 80k filled stadiums don't mean much to the bottom line
Congratz on entirely missing the point. The poster i replied to, will, was specifically talking about popularity. So save your gormless rambling for the right poster.

Wilders shít and AJ will smash him if he ever has the balls to fight him. I don't think he has any intention of fighting him though and I hope fury wins the rematch.

People and these popularity contests...who gives a flying fk honestly? The reality is very few in the boxing world thought Fury would beat Klitschko and the way he did it by pretty much neutering him for a full fight was big news. AJ is a young star with a notable olympic pedigree. Both men are considerably better known than most other heavyweights, all this deep analysis on who is more popular is pretty pointless. They are both big stars and a fight between them might go on to set records of all sorts that they might not achieve against anyone else separately.

The impression I get of AJ is that of a humble quiet champion who defends his titles against top contenders and does his talking with his fists. Fury seems to be a loud mouthed huge bragger who is in love with himself and can't stop telling the world how he is the greatest boxer in history and every other heavyweight fighting today is a bum compared with him. I hope Wilder puts Fury down for the full 10 count in the rematch.
