ive been telling everyone about this guy for awhile now. jonathon banks is 11-0 with 8 Ko's and prime to be the next cruiserweight champ before moving up to heavy.

he is managed by emmanuel steward and trained by javon hill, hopefully he will become the next great detroit fighter.

anyhow, the ****in big news.

he has signed to fight eliseo castillo 20-1-1 only loss coming to wladamir klitschko at heavyweight. watch this fight all of you *******s who predicted that castillo would beat wlad. hes about to get his ass handed to him by a guy with 11 career fights.

castillo may think this is another nice undefeated name to add to his record but is gonna get his ass stomped in NYC.

the fight is going to be on the david tua vs. gutierrez card.
looks like it will be the main event replacing the Shannon "***** *****" briggs vs. darroll wilson fight.

hopefully when banks wins the title he will bring it back to detroit to defend it. he has said he plans on moving to heavyweight after he wins the cruiserweight title. he is a monster at 6'4 and i think has the potential to be a top heavyweight down the road.

steward is no idiot and hes managing and calling the shots, they wouldnt be putting him in this fight if he wasnt ready. he has sparred quite a bit with klitschko and jermain taylor in the past 6 months and been impressive by all accounts.

if youre training at kronk im gonna be buggin your ass for all the downlow all the time, just a heads up.

well there are 4 titles, and im sure bell wont be looking to fight banks considering there are already rumblings of him jumping to heavy.

he will be right in line for someones title shot if he beats castillo (who beat moorer @ heavyweight by the way).

if theyd give it him i bet banks would step in and fight cunningham for the title tomorrow. that would be something.
