Floyd cannot be the best Welterweight since Leonard because Floyd never had the boxing ballz to face an IN PRIME African American Fighter , let alone any real IN PRIME fighter. Real Great WW like Leonard, Hearns, Duran, Whitaker, De La Hoya, Mosely, Cotto, Pacquiao and Bradley fought tough IN PRIME fighters not just in WW but also in other weights.
PAC earned the Greatest Fighter of the Decade 2000-2010 because he dared to be great and fought the toughest fighters in various weight classes to be first and only 7 and 8 weight champion as well as first and only 5 weight lineal champion... NO ONE ELSE ACCOMPLISHED THIS...
Only the greatest overall fighter of the last generation could have done this and that was Pacquiao... Greatness earned, didn’t have to talk about it, because he went out and DID IT! Like a true ATG.

"Crawford's the best welterweight since Sugar Ray Leonard; he'd be comparable or maybe even a slight favourite against Sugar Ray Leonard." - Bob Arum
Well, that's Bob! Hasn't seen him with anyone like Duran, Benitez, Hearn, or Hagler, but yeah, he's better than SRL! Very Disrespectful!

8 division champion.
5 division lineal champion
FIGHTER OF THE DECADE.
if anyone from the past to present and future can achieve that award then that would be a miracle.

I know Arum is hyping his fighter, but a ridiculous statement, considering we've had Sweet Pea, de la Hoya, Mosely, Mayweather, and Pac all who were better welterweights over the past 25 yrs
